Our founder’s journey began as an Army Aviation Officer, where he honed leadership skills in high-pressure environments, leading teams and managing complex operations. This military background instilled a deep understanding of the importance of strong leadership, teamwork, and resilience.
In addition to military experience, our founder brings insights from over seven years as a captain for a major airline. As a pilot, he has developed a keen ability to make critical decisions under pressure, maintain high standards of safety and compliance, and manage dynamic situations—all of which inform H60 Consulting’s approach to business solutions. This unique combination of military and aviation expertise shapes our disciplined, results-driven consulting philosophy.

Adam also holds an impressive academic portfolio, including an MBA, a Master of Accountancy (MSA), and a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Security.
